The construction of a major mixed-use development scheme in Lewisham, South East London. The project was constructed on behalf of L&Q, one of the largest residential developers in London. The site is located on a former industrial area on Thurston Road and includes more than 400 new homes and 6,771sqm of retail space.

The apartments will be in three buildings of six, seven and 15 storeys, sitting on a two-storey podium structure which incorporates the retail space. The building will be constructed with a concrete frame and includes two levels of resident and shopper car parking.

The works consist of a full perimeter independent scaffold to all three blocks. Also with each block a hoist run off tower, haki stair tower, birdcage to stairs, lift shaft scaffold and loading bays, the top floor included for trussed out access scaffolds to the penthouse structures. The scaffolding on this project commenced on 28th April 2014 completed in early 2016.
