Office
Administration, Estimating and Surveying
is undertaken from our Cookham office.
Direct
All employees including Advanced,
Basic and Trainee Scaffolders together with yard operatives are
included in our full PAYE payroll system. Wages are paid weekly
via BACS directly into the employees bank account.
Subcontract
We do not sublet any work. We always keep
contracts under our direct control.
Labour Resource Management
On average there is one foreman to
8 operatives reporting to a Supervisor who is responsible for several
contracts. Smaller contracts will have fewer men with a working
foreman or a leading hand. Additionally we have a Health and Safety
Manager. The Supervisors and Health and Safety Manager report to
the Contracts Director.

Scheme - Scheme

We are members of this scheme and
our operatives are entitled to a minimum of 21 days holiday, plus
bank holidays. In addition there is a pension and death benefit
through this scheme. The scheme also runs a Stakeholder pension
scheme which is open to all employees.
